Who we are

This website is run by Heavenly Havens Creamery, LLC, 33 S Main St, Allentown, NJ 08501, USA. By using this site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts that are misused, used by bots, or used to harass our team or customers.

Menu, flavors and prices

Flavors change often. What shows online as in stock is our best effort and may not match the freezer at the moment you visit. Prices, hours and availability can change without notice. Photos are examples; handmade items will vary.

Custom cakes, pies and catering

Custom orders need at least 5 days' notice (more for large or tiered cakes and events). Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it and the deposit is paid.

A 50% deposit is required for all custom cakes, pies and catering. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations.

Orders not picked up within 1 hour of closing on the pickup day are forfeited without refund. Once an ice cream product leaves our shop, we are not responsible for melting or damage in transport.

Events and parties

Event bookings depend on staff availability and are confirmed only in writing (text or email) from us. Final head counts and changes are due 15 days before the event. Weather or emergencies may require rescheduling.

All sales final

Our products are frozen ice cream, so all sales are final and non-refundable. Please handle with care: keep items frozen and get them home quickly. If something is wrong with your order, tell us before you leave the shop. Nothing here limits your rights under New Jersey consumer law.

Allergies

Please read our Food Allergy & Cross-Contact Disclaimer. We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable in store only, have no cash value, and are not replaced if lost. Under New Jersey law they do not expire for at least 5 years.

Website use

Do not scrape, copy, overload or try to break into this site. Our logo, photos and text belong to us. Reviews shown come from Google and belong to their authors.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent New Jersey law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or other consumer laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
